Alabama CDL DUI Questionnaire

We will use your answers to cross exam the arresting officer to establish errors. We have all training manuals dating back to 1980 entitled DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing as mandated by the United States Government for ALL DUI/DWI’s.

This is an extensive questionnaire that will take some time to completely finish as there are 140 questions. You can browse through the questions after you fill out the first few required items by clicking on the next page button at the bottom of each page. All information is kept confidential by the Smith Law Firm.
